The wave spring has high reliability、good consistency、high 
performance and smooth surface. It has no indentation, scratch, 
fracture and other small defects, within the scope of being allowed 
deformation, the elasticity coefficient is more stable. Compared with 
other stamping monolithic wave springs、ordinary cylindrical 
springs and belleville springs, the wave spring has significant 
performance advantages as follows:

Monolithic wave spring (Divided into open type and lap-type)


Advantages

1、Compact structure, under equal load, it can save at least 50% of the installation space.

The open type wave spring is usually installed in a smaller space, the function of the wave 
spring is more precise and reliable because of its small deformation and low ,medium force 
value。In a bearing preload 
device, it can be applied to preload bearing and reduce noises of operating bearing, and also 
improve the operation accuracy and stability of bearing. 
When the Lap type wave spring is compressed, the radial elongation is compensated by the 
overlapped free end of the wave spring, avoiding the fracture of traditional stamping closed 
wave spring caused by bondage, 
which ensures the gap between fittings.  
They are mainly used in the hydraulic transmission, bearing preload device, garden tools and motors and etc.
       

Multilayer standard wave spring (Divided into standard type and flat-head-type ) 
The standard wave spring is made by using rounded edges flat lines to conduct series stacking and continuous  
winding. Elasticity coefficient is inversely proportional to the number of turns,  which is suitable for low and 
medium elastic coefficient and the large  amount of deformation with the low and medium force values, 
compared to the cylindrical spring, the spring can be reduced  by at least 50% of the working height and 
installation space of the saving of 1/3 to 1/2, which is particularly ideal for the requirements of high load 
and small deformation .  
 
In addition to the above characteristics, both ends of the flat head design, is  equal of adding 
two washers, therefore the force value distribution of wave  spring is more well-distributed in using, it is  
particularly  suitable  for  the  environment  which both ends of the installation space surface has holes.
They are usually used for ball valves, pressure relief valves, safety valves, clutches, rotary joint, automobile clutch release bearings, gear and mechanical 
sealing and other occasions.  


Multilayer superposition wave spring
The multilayer superposition waveform spring is made by using rounded edges flat lines to conduct series  stacking and continuous winding, elasticity coefficient is proportional to the number of turns, which can withstand a lot of pressure, and at the same time it can keep the accuracy, it can be used to replace traditional 
belleville springs and can avoid such phenomenon of elastic deviation, instability caused by stacking multiple 
monolithic wave springs in order to obtain higher load values ,it is suitable for the high-pressure and the high-load,
high-precision occasions.
