The standard material of wave spring is stainless steel SUS631, also called 17-7PH/C, which has an anti-corrosion 
capability like SUS304, almost is used exclusively on the wave spring manufacturing, it is suitable for high strength, 
high temperature and corrosion resistance occasions. 


SUS631 is better than the best carbon steel under the condition of fatigue load and high-stress.


The elasticity of stainless steel SUS631 is obtained by dispersion hardening treatment, it will not be lost at the temperature of 340 ° C,
along with similar magnetic properties of high-carbon steel. Its performance will be more stable and color will be brighter after heat 
treatment, and can present the color from blue to brown.
